comfy homey~

it's quite hard to choose and decide where to live, where to settle down, where to work, where to raise your children and where to spend the rest of your life. all of these pop out in my mind since few years back.now, it's a serious matter since mr Boss and i have to decide where should we live and stay.i have to no problem as i'm working in klg (where most of my family members are living), it's just him who have to decide.

therefore, mr Boss agrees that we should both live in klg as both families are here and it's not a problem to go here and there because it will take about 10 minutes to reach both families.Alhamdulillah we don't have to spend much on fuel to 'balik kampung'. :)

now the matter is which part of klg or area should we buy the comfy house? in the sama area where our rented house is? or another part of klg? owh, it is such a big issue.tmn delima? tmn saujana? tmn intan? desa harmoni? kg dato' abd rahman yassin? hurm...quite complicated for the time being.it's just that the new homey must be near to both families. then, no problem will arise if there is any emergencies.we cna reach each others in less than 10 minutes.

next question is whether we want to buy single storey house or double storey? plus do we want to buy the land first then build our own house according to our preferences eg: English style house or etc or do we just buy the house built by the developer but we do not have much choice in terms of the design and etc.

1. i prefer double storey house,even though most of the people will say that it will be hard and difficult to stay in double storey house when you are getting old.you will not be able to climb up the stairs etc due to your health condition etc. but for me, that's why the room built on the first floor is for.not just for the maid (if you have any) but it is for u to stay and sleep when you are old.if let's say i build my own house (means i buy a piece of land anywhere), i can design the house by building more room like 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs.so there's no problem of anything.this is my opinion i'm not sure about others.

2. as for the second question: whether to buy a piece of land or not, we are still searching for the best price of all the offers. yet we don't find any of our own interest.so just hope that i can find a good, strategic, reasonable price piece of land in klg.Amin. and we can build our own comfy, mesmerising homey! :)
